We will implement comprehensive "pre-sale service" and "during-sale service" while you choose our company's products, and fulfill all our responsibilities and commitments according to the Contract Law, tender documents, drawings, and the contract signed by both parties.
We will meticulously provide pre-sale technical support, recommend components, dispatch professionals for technical briefing, address inquiries regarding our company's product performance, usage, maintenance, etc. We will provide product performance and operational experience, as well as complete and timely pre-sale service materials. We will sign a technical agreement for the contracted equipment with your esteemed company.
We will communicate the latest developments in the electrical equipment industry and the characteristics of our company's products to customers.
Based on the technical requirements of the tender or the technical agreement signed after the contract, we will jointly study technical solutions with customers, provide process design drawings to enhance the integrity, reliability, and convenience of installation and maintenance of the project.
During-sale Service Commitment
After the contract is signed, we will actively and promptly collaborate with the buyer and the design department for joint design, strictly providing corresponding electrical design drawings and other technical documents according to the delivery schedule.

During the product manufacturing process or product delivery, we sincerely invite your leaders and relevant personnel to visit our company for guidance. We will provide all necessary conveniences and actively cooperate in supervising
the equipment. While delivering satisfactory products to users, we ensure that our after-sales service and buyer training are also perfect. Based on the specific requirements of users, we develop different training programs. In accordance with the requirements of this tender document and combining with our successful training methods in the past, we have formulated two training plans: supervisory training and on-site training. The specific operations are as follows:
Supervisory Training for Some Personnel: The project manager of this project determines the specific training content and time. After obtaining the buyer's consent, the specific execution time, location, and method are determined. According to the confirmed content and time, relevant engineers are arranged to teach the relevant personnel and answer difficult questions. When the trainees have mastered the corresponding theory, the company's debugging personnel are arrangtions. When the trainees have mastered the corresponding theory, the company's debugging personnel are arranged to provide practical operation training until the trainees can operate proficiently.

After-Sales Service Commitment
During the product installation and commissioning phase, we will actively cooperate by dispatching healthy and experienced professional technical service personnel to the site to provide technical services, including guidance and support for product installation and commissioning, until the equipment is operational. The buyer has the right to request the replacement of our on-site service personnel who do not meet the requirements. We will reassign service personnel approved by the buyer based on on-site needs. Our personnel are responsible for providing detailed explanations, answering questions, and resolving issues related to the contractual equipment within their professional scope. Our technical personnel are also responsible for on-site training to enhance the technical skills of the buyer's installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance personnel.
After product delivery, we will cooperate with the buyer’s personnel to inspect the product's appearance and quantity during unpacking. We will assist and guide the buyer in hoisting and storing the contractual equipment to ensure it remains undamaged and intact.
On-Site Installation Assistance: During the installation and testing periods, we will send technical personnel and skilled workers to the installation site to provide after-sales services, including technical coordination, construction supervision, prompt problem resolution, and equipment commissioning guidance. Their responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the manufacturing quality of the product. If manufacturing quality issues are discovered during installation or testing, we will assist in resolving them, with any associated costs borne by us.
- Supervising the installation process to ensure compliance with construction drawings and specifications.
- Assisting in testing according to construction design requirements and relevant regulations. If any direct losses occur due to negligence or errors in our technical guidance during installation, commissioning, or trial operation, we will be responsible. We will promptly address any product quality issues related to our products that arise during installation.
Customers are the reason for our company's existence, and their feedback and suggestions are the foundation for our continuous improvement.
We guarantee a response within 1 hour and the dispatch of personnel to the site within 6 hours in cities with service centers, continuing until acceptance is satisfactory.
